Istanbul Gedek University was established in 2010 by the Gedek Educational Foundation, with the aim of enhancing educational quality and promoting reliance on technology in teaching methods and practical application. Istanbul Gedec University is distinguished by its location on the Asian side of Istanbul, and has achieved a prominent position in Turkey and at the global level within a short period.
The Istanbul Gedec University campus includes five campuses on a large area exceeding 30 thousand square meters. The university consists of six main colleges: the College of Engineering, the College of Economics, Administrative Sciences, and Social Sciences, the College of Law, the College of Fine Arts and Architecture, the College of Health Sciences, and the College of Sports Sciences. In addition to the Institute of Graduate Studies, two vocational schools, and a school for teaching foreign languages.
