Biruni University is considered one of the most prominent Turkish universities located in the heart of Istanbul. The university’s name is inspired by the great scholar Abu Al-Rayhan Al-Biruni, who had a great influence in multiple fields such as medicine, pharmacy, astronomy, mathematics, physics, geography, and history. Choosing this name aims to honor this great scientist and follow in his footsteps in presenting ideas and sciences that contribute to the development of society.
